Requests you have sent
One row per supplier: who has opened their form, who is partway through, who has sent their figures.
Their form and their report both open from here, and the report is the same page they read.

The collected total counts only suppliers who have sent an answer. A supplier who has not replied is absent from it, not counted as a zero.
What you can change
Add your own questions to a supplier’s form
Any time
Open a supplier’s form from the table and use Add a question of your own at the foot of any step.
- It stays on that supplier’s form permanently
- It appears the next time they open their link
- Anyone who has already answered keeps every answer they gave
Reopen an answer that has already been sent
Both sides
Nothing locks when they send.
- A figure needs correcting? They reuse the link they already hold
- The version count in the table moves
- The previous answer stays on file, with the date it changed
Change which questions get asked
At send
The questions follow what the supplier actually does. You choose that when you send a supplier request.
- A dairy is asked about herd and manure
- A glass plant is asked about furnace and cullet
- Neither is asked the other’s questions
What this adds once it is your account
Demo
- You sign in to reach this page
- Your supplier signs in with a one-time code to their work email — not a link that works for whoever holds it
- Your data-use notice is shown and accepted before their first field
- Anyone still unstarted after two weeks is chased without you having to notice
