See what a buyer sees

60 seconds, and we ask you for nothing.

A worked example. Nothing on this page is sent or stored.

New to this? Start here — it takes thirty seconds to explain

Large retailers send their suppliers a buyer questionnaire — a form asking how your company handles emissions, waste, water, packaging and labor.

Costco, Whole Foods, Target and Sysco all have one.

Between them the forms ask about 11 things. This page shows you which of the eleven a company like yours can usually answer today, and what happens to the rest.

There is no fine attached. What is at stake is the listing — a buyer who never gets an answer eventually shelves someone else.

Any word here you have not met before is in plain words.
